Eligibility — NGN ICS for Startups

The NGN ICS for Startups program is designed to support early-stage and high-growth technology companies that are building the future of communication, fintech, SaaS, and global connectivity.

To ensure fairness and program effectiveness, participation is limited to startups that meet the following criteria.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the NGN ICS for Startups program, your company must meet the following baseline conditions:

Legally Registered Business

You must operate as a registered company or incorporated entity in good standing within your jurisdiction.

Sole proprietors or unregistered freelancers are not eligible at this time.

Valid Business Domain

Applications must be submitted using a verified business email domain.

Generic providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, ProtonMail, etc.) are not accepted.

Compliance Alignment

Your business and use case must comply with NGN ICS’s Acceptable Use, Anti-Fraud, and Regulatory Compliance policies.

NGN ICS reserves the right to request KYC / KYB documentation for verification.

Team Size

You must employ fewer than 100 people globally.

Existing Customer Status

The program is intended for new customers only.

Companies already under NGN ICS commercial contracts are not eligible.

Startup Age

Your company must have been established for less than 5 years from the date of application.

Additional Qualification Paths

Startups may also qualify through accelerator or investor verification channels:

Accelerator Verification

Participants in approved accelerator or incubator programs automatically qualify for higher credit tiers upon verification.

Recognized programs include (but are not limited to):

  • Y Combinator
  • Techstars
  • Seedcamp
  • Plug and Play
  • AngelPad
  • 500 Global

VC-Backed Startups

Startups that have received institutional or angel investment may also be eligible for the Growth Plan, subject to proof of funding or partner verification.

Program Exclusions

The following entities are not eligible for the NGN ICS for Startups program:

  • Existing NGN ICS customers or resellers
  • Telecom carriers, wholesale aggregators, or SMS hubs
  • Companies engaged in traffic brokering, FAS, or gray-route activity
  • Businesses under regulatory or legal sanction in any jurisdiction

NGN ICS reserves the right to deny participation to any applicant if its business model conflicts with NGN ICS’s compliance, security, or brand protection policies.

Verification Process

Step 1 — Application Submission

Complete the application form via ngnics.com/startups/apply with accurate company and contact information.

Step 2 — Eligibility Review

Our onboarding team reviews submitted details, accelerator affiliations, and compliance status within 5–7 business days.

Step 3 — Approval & Activation

Once verified, your company will receive access credentials and credit allocation under the appropriate tier.

Maintaining Eligibility

  • Credits remain active for 12 months from activation.
  • Misuse, policy violations, or false declarations may result in suspension or termination of credits.
  • Startups may reapply after 12 months for reassessment if they continue to meet eligibility requirements.
