How to Apply

You’ll need to provide:

  • Company name and registered jurisdiction
  • Website and corporate domain email
  • Founding year
  • Number of employees
  • Industry and primary use case (e.g., SaaS, fintech, communications, call center)
  • Accelerator or investor affiliation (if applicable)
  • Estimated service usage or regions of interest

Once submitted, you’ll receive an automated acknowledgment confirming receipt.

Eligibility Review

Our onboarding team will review your application to confirm that you meet the program’s eligibility requirements, including:

  • Company age (under 5 years)
  • Headcount (under 100 employees)
  • Non-customer status with NGN ICS
  • Valid business domain and regulatory alignment

For accelerator or VC-backed startups, verification can be expedited through partner APIs or referral codes.

Typical review time: 5–7 business days

Credit Activation

Once approved, you will receive:

  • An official NGN ICS Startup Account
  • Your allocated service credits (based on tier)
  • Setup instructions for SIP trunks, DIDs, or API integrations
  • Account access credentials and onboarding support

Credits are valid for 12 months from activation.

You can begin using NGN ICS services immediately.
